Facilities and Operations Consortium

Through a partnership with Greenbush, DCS Services, and Center for Evaluation and Educational Leadership at KU, this consortium provides a free professional development opportunity for Superintendents that focuses on short-term and long-term strategies for developing a strategic facilities and operations plan, managing ongoing maintenance and improvement, types of financing and delivery options, and development of a bond campaign.

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants each year.
